If you have events/trials (summarized binary) data and specify the STRATA statement in PROC LOGISTIC, then the Full Log Likelihood column in the Model Fit Statistics table is not needed and should be ignored.
In addition, if you specify the RSQUARE option then the Max-rescaled R-square value is incorrect.
To obtain the correct values, expand the data to unsummarized form and refit the model.
